While studying for her master’s degree in Events Management, Rebecca began her career working to arrange independent music stages at festivals including the Bristol International Balloon Fiesta and Bristol Harbour Festival. After graduating top of her class, she moved on to working on some exciting one-of-a-kind events, including the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee Pageant in 2022.

In 2023, Rebecca joined the Licensing Team at Glastonbury Festival. It was here that an introduction to Tim led to her becoming a full-time member of the TESS team.  

She now works across the company’s roster of events, helping to coordinate TESS team members and projects across the world, from the UK to the USA and Middle East.
